7) Pre-selection of candidates

We carry out a pre-selection of all Candidates to whom we intend to make an offer of employment, engagement or internship (as the case may be) and prior to any confirmation of offer for the purposes of :

  • verify the information a Candidate provides during the pre-selection/interview process. This will include verifying information with current/previous employers and educational establishments. No action will be taken in this respect until the applicant has confirmed that verification can take place;
  • selection of applicants against publicly available or government-issued sanctions lists and media sources. This is to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, to protect ANAES’ assets and employees/subcontractors and in particular to ensure that ANAES can comply with trade control, anti-money laundering and/or bribery and corruption laws and other regulatory requirements.

8) Use of ANAES services

We use your personal data to facilitate our current and future professional relationship with you. This includes:

  • Communicating with you about updates, maintenance work, unavailability or other technical matters concerning our products or services.
  • Informing you of changes to our policies and procedures for using these products or services.
  • Respond to questions or inquiries you or your company may have about our products or services.

Personal data covered by this privacy notice will only be processed :

  • with your explicit consent ;
  • when it is necessary to conclude a transaction with you
