• to support healthcare establishments through knowledge transfer, so as to perpetuate the continuous quality improvement approach;
• provide advice to healthcare establishments to prepare them to meet regulatory obligations and the requirements of the accreditation manual;
• work with healthcare establishments to define a roadmap for accreditation visits.
